      Shipping Policy

      At Alliance Jiu Jitsu Store — powered by Kingz x Alliance BJJ — we are committed to delivering your order with the speed and precision that your training deserves. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your gear.

      Processing Time

      All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

      Domestic Shipping (United States)

      We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

      • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
      • Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
      • Overnight Shipping — Estimated delivery the next business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)

      Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $75.

      International Shipping

      We ship worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

      Order Tracking

      Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team at support@alliancejiujitsustore.com.

      Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

      Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Alliance Jiu Jitsu Store is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

      Damaged or Lost Shipments

      In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@alliancejiujitsustore.com. We will work swiftly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter — your satisfaction is our priority.
